Overall Average: 0.4 (uptime = 0; tech = 1; customer = 0; speed = 1; price = 0) Review: Horrible web hosting. Its more expensive than most, unreliable and best of all hard to close the account. When I called to get my domain unlocked they informed me that I would have to buy it from them at a markup of $100. Pretty nice right! 2 of 3 readers found this review trustable and helpful. Suddenly they started charging 50 a month. Email support gave me blatantly false advice. Upraded PHP to 5.3.0 without warning and would not acknowledge it had been done. Besides that, servers are slow. NOne of the departments have any idea what the other group does or what their so-called rules are. I was promised a custom website per my specifications- what I got was a template.
