Overall Average: 2 (uptime = 2; tech = 2; customer = 0; speed = 3; price = 3) Review: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Everthing else seemed to be okay. I opted not to upgrade because they don't offer a number should you desire to speak with a person. Also, the 24/7 customer service web support is a computer. The free website service appears ok???? Poor customer service, wait times to talk to someone have exceeded 70 minutes, technical support does not exist. Website went down multiple times, always a mess. No technical support 24/7 for urgent issue, only a ticket is created and help a few days later from head office during PST business hours.
